As part of our commitment to successful, long-term hires, we include three 1.5-hour executive coaching sessions for every senior-level placement. These sessions are designed to support leaders as they transition into a new role, helping them quickly build confidence, clarity, and impact.

Once the initial three sessions are complete, the individual or business can decide whether to continue. Further sessions, costs, and terms can be arranged directly with Stephen Jefford, our trusted coaching partner.
