Property finance recruitment has been my sole focus since 1997, and I still find matching talented professionals with ambitious businesses as fascinating and rewarding as ever. I can’t imagine working in any other sector – the variety of asset classes and the projects my clients deliver keep me constantly engaged.
Over the years, I’ve built deep and long-standing relationships across the property sector and finance community. These connections mean I can often bring the right people together faster and with greater confidence.
What drives me is simple: helping clients build finance teams that deliver real impact, faster. And supporting professionals to find opportunities which genuinely advance their careers. I’m lucky to still have the same drive and passion for the sector and to play a small part in its growth and success.
My recruitment career began in property finance recruitment back in 1997, working for a leading independent financial recruitment business. I was tasked with establishing and leading the property division, and quickly turned this into one of the top fee income divisions. I immersed myself in the built environment and connected with senior finance talent across the sector.
In 2013, I founded Tim Green Executive Search to focus on what I care about most: providing a highly specialised, relationship-led service for senior finance recruitment in property and real estate.
Outside of work, you’ll find me on long country walks with my Bedlington Whippet, being an enthusiastic (and very inconsistent!) golfer and tennis player, or ambling bimbling about on my Triumph Bonneville.
